Currently applications are being sought for: Technical Lead – ICT Applications The Technical Lead will lead the ICT Applications function within the ICT division and play a central role in ensuring that the ERP and other Applications are always fit-for-purpose and deliver as expected. This role is expected to have deep expertise and previous experience in maintenance or delivery of ICT or Business Applications. In addition to leading the day-to-day BAU activities, this position will partner with the business stakeholders, understand the business services and business context of the problems, draft service proposals, identify & deliver the continual service improvement initiatives in liaison with the business. The position will also manage licensing, deliver on audit related compliance measures and the day-to-day vendor performance on agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Technical Lead will help review and document the current state application-view for the organisation. An understanding of cloud environments, various infrastructure technology and architectural components (servers/databases/networks) and how various technology components interact, interface, and integrate with one another will be highly beneficial. The Technical lead will supervise, mentor, and train the ICT application team closely, previous experience with managing and developing people will be well regarded.
