YOUR ROLE As the Collaboration Services Technical Lead, you'll drive technical leadership across domains, architecture, and Technology and Operations (T&O) Initiatives. To achieve exceptional team outcomes, you'll spearhead enhancements to existing processes and supporting documentation. Additionally, you'll foster a team ethos focused on delivering successful outcomes for our customers by embedding these principles throughout our environments. The role's purpose is to design, develop, support, maintain, and deliver solutions that empower our business to achieve an outstanding collaboration experience, regardless of physical location.
You will also act as a mentor for Engineers and promote the team ethos of achieving successful outcomes for our customers by driving these philosophies through all aspects of our environments, including a focus on quality improvement, root cause analysis and sense of urgency. The intent of the role is to design, develop, support, maintain, and deliver solutions that enable our business to achieve the best possible collaboration experience, regardless of physical location.
This is a full-time permanent position for a candidate ideally based anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.
ABOUT YOU You will be a technical expert in modern workplace technologies and track the feature roadmap for Collaboration products and services. You will be leading and make recommendations on new capabilities that enhance the collaboration experience. Apart from being a great team player with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills you need to have below skillset: -
Have proven experience in Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Teams Room technology. Be highly experienced with meeting room device configuration from vendors such as Crestron, Cisco, Logitech, Poly, Neat, or Yealink. Have a holistic knowledge of technology and physical components for great meeting room experiences. Have strong experience with M365 services, Entra ID, Intune, Teams Admin Centre, Teams Pro Portal, XIO Cloud, and Fusion. Excellent documentation skills for technical documentation, knowledge articles and user training.•Working Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management (ITIL) processes. Highly competent in identifying, assessing and remediating cyber security and operational risk in the relevant technologies. Understand enterprise network topologies, firewalls, and cloud proxy.
