As the Technical Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex technical requests, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring that technical solutions meet the required standards and specifications within Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), our global technology team. If you would like to work closely with stakeholders, including managed service providers, engineers, and project managers, to drive successful project outcomes and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, please apply!
Day in the life: Triage and prioritise incidents and requests with our external service providers ensuring they meet the defined goals, timelines, and budgets.Ensure clear communication and collaboration between ETS and our service providers, facilitating regular status updates and resolving any issues that arise.Provide technical guidance and support to the team, helping to resolve complex technical challenges.Ensure the regular patching, upgrades, and maintenance of product platforms are being carried out to ensure that the service is fit for use.Review incident and requests and provide feedback to L1 and L2 teams to ensure ticket quality standards are met and service providers have adequate information to resolve tickets.Analyse internal processes and create strategies for service delivery optimisation.Escalate and manage issues and risks.Prioritise alerts raised by our service providers and assign to the relevant team for resolution.You'll be perfect for the role if you have: 3 years' experience in a similar role.Relevant Technical Degree.Travel industry experience.ITIL and Agile management experience.We value you Flight Centre Travel Group is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace that supports your unique identity to create better, safer experiences for everyone.
