Full time Add expected salary to your profile for insights Reporting to the Program Director, the Technical Delivery Manager – Cloud Platform will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of specialist technical resources ensuring cloud technical solutions are delivered against and ongoing product development lifecycle, aligned to the eHealth cloud strategy for development and implementation of large scale and complex technical cloud platform services (Azure and AWS).The role will manage the ongoing product lifecycle, leveraging agile practices and processes for cloud systems, design standards, methods and tools that are consistent with agreed enterprise and solution architectures to ensure effective application.Additionally, the role will lead the assessment, analysis, development, publication, implementation and compliance of all cloud program deliverables and IM/ICT changes at an enterprise level, including the evaluation of risk to the integrity of infrastructure inherent in proposed implementations.Key responsibilities include:Lead and manage solution architects, cloud technical team and cloud delivery partners to design, develop, document and implement to the new Cloud Platform (Azure and AWS) in eHealth Queensland.Manage and coordinate the ongoing product lifecycle via agile practices as product owner and scrum master via the use of ADO, including alignment with best practice IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks.Define and manage alignment to the enterprise cloud strategy for the new Cloud Platform and existing cloud services within eHealth Queensland.Oversee and lead the assessment, analysis, development, publication, implementation and compliance of all program/project(s) deliverables and related standards and procedures at an enterprise level.Lead and manage the development and implementation of the new state-wide Cloud Platform, driving platform maturity in line with customer demand.Oversees and manage a team of specialist technical resources.Is this the opportunity for you?To be successful in this role, you will have a demonstrated ability to lead the design, publication, implementation, compliance and delivery of Enterprise technical solutions/ICT changes to industry best practice frameworks for large scale IM/ICT infrastructure delivery projects, preferably in the health care industry. You will also be experienced and accredited agile scrum master supporting the full product lifecycle development and delivery of complex cloud solutions. You will be confident in providing high level technical advice on design standards, techniques, methods and tools, as well as assessing and evaluating technical requirements. Crucially, you will bring a positive and proactive approach to work and be able to work effectively and collaboratively within a high performing team.
