While no prior sales experience is required, a strong foundation in truck parts or hydraulics is essential. Your responsibilities will include:Assisting customers in identifying the right parts and hydraulics solutions for their needs.Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Providing exceptional customer service through in-depth product knowledge and support.Collaborating with our sales and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.Contributing to our positive and dynamic work environment.Assisting in Warehouse duties.To be successful in this role you will have:Proven experience in a Customer Service / Sales roleGood understanding of and relevant experience in the transport industryPrevious experience in truck or hydraulics parts being highly regarded.Strong team working skills with the ability to think on your feetCompetent with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and ExcelExcellent customer service skills, organisational and time management skillsWillingness to learn and be trained in sales techniques.A current driver's license is compulsory.A forklift license is preferable.If you are enthusiastic about truck parts and hydraulics and are ready to embark on an exciting career journey, we encourage you to apply.The successful candidate must be able to pass a compulsory pre-employment medical, drugs and alcohol assessment.To apply for this role click the 'apply now' button#J-18808-Ljbffr
