We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Kwinana Beach team on a 6-month contract. About the opportunity: Reporting to the Customer Service Manager Fertiliser WA, your role will provide support to our broad network of Branches, Agents and Customers. In addition, you will: Ensure prompt and accurate processing of customer bulk granular and liquid fertiliser orders.Handle customer bookings requests and product enquiries.Initiate follow-up action required to complete Customer's requests/enquiries.Resolve issues for the release of incomplete orders and fielding a range of customer calls and account queries.Liaise with internal stakeholder and ensure accounts are balanced.Contract Entry, Amendment Processing and Contract Cancellations all processed in a timely and accurate manner.About You: Have a proven background providing excellent customer service and problem solving.Be a self-motivated person capable of nurturing and sustaining strong customer relationships with the ability to follow through and get the job done.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail.High level of PC literacy, MS Office, and data entry.Experience with ERM Software SAGE and or SAP (Highly desirable).Why work for us?
