The Customer Service (Support) team plays a crucial role in helping us achieving customer success - from the first point of contact with our customers, right through the duration of their experience with support delivery.
We have a great opportunity for someone with a keen interest in electronics and/or Agricultural Technology to join the team and help us surpass the expectations of our resellers and customers every day . This is a hybrid role that will see you building strong relationships with our customers (both existing and future) by identif ying their pain point s, solving problems and guid ing them through their customer support journey .
The Fit Our ideal candidate will have some technical customer support experience already , but we 're open to considering entry-level candidates with the right attitude who have a passion for electronics and an interest in AgriTech . You might be someone with good fix-it skills who loves to talk . Or you could be a recent graduate in the field of electronics , mechanical or IT engineering ( or willing to go back to tertiary study to learn one of these disciplines ) . To succeed in this role you'll need:
S trong relationship skill s and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life - whether they be farmers, territory managers, or logistics people. Customer service experience, with a focus on customer-centric language.
Strong hands-on mechanical and/or electronic skills . The technical ability to handle simple electronics and software issues . Strong computer skil ls, including Microsoft Office suite , and experience with SAP (or similar ERP system) . The a bility to problem - solve and communicate effectively via phone and email. The a bility to define and document best practice process and develop work instructions . A willingness to work in a team environment, curiosity and a "can do" attitude.
