Your opportunity: We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager (in Braze) to manage multi-channel customer lifecycle campaigns. You will be responsible for driving customer activation, engagement, and retention through CRM automation and triggered CRM lifecycle campaigns.
You'll make impact by: What you'll bring: To champion the CRM, Braze. Identifying opportunities to maximise usage of Braze features such as Content Cards, In-app messaging, Push notifications, SMS etc.Manage end-to-end build and delivery of lifecycle campaigns and automation journeys using Braze across multiple channels (SMS, email, in-app messaging, app push, web push, content cards).Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations on CRM performance and business KPIs post-campaign.Leading technical solutions for Braze integrations.Ideally, you will also have: Extensive knowledge of and experience in Braze CRM.Substantial experience within a technical CRM role.Strong coding experience - HTML and solid knowledge of algorithms & data structures.Experience in building personalised journeys and lifecycle automations.Understanding of email campaigns and how to work in and build templates.A team player with outstanding communication skills at all levels.Experience working in a fast-paced environment to juggle multiple projects, priorities, and relationships at the same time.What's in it for you?
