Exciting Opportunity: Technical Capability Manager – Motor Claims Recoveries & Settlements
Join a global insurer to lead the development of a high-performing team in the Motor Claims Recoveries & Settlements division. As the Technical Capability Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping the skills and capabilities required to drive improved claims outcomes and business performance.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance technical capabilities in the Motor Claims Recoveries & Settlements team.Design and deliver tailored training, coaching, and mentoring programs to upskill the team, ensuring high-quality claims management and improved productivity.Promote a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring the team is equipped to meet strategic business goals.Collaborate with senior leadership to align development initiatives with business objectives, improving operational efficiency and performance.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of capability programs to ensure measurable improvements in claims handling, productivity, and employee satisfaction.Qualifications & Experience: Motor Claims & Recoveries Expertise: Extensive experience in motor claims settlements and recoveries with a strong technical understanding of claims management.Operational Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams in an insurance environment, focusing on improving claims outcomes.Capability Development & Training: Expertise in developing and delivering training programs, with a deep knowledge of capability development principles and methodologies.Leadership & Problem-Solving: Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with a track record of driving innovative solutions and managing complex projects.Take the lead in shaping the future of claims management with a global leader in the insurance industry.
