The Role As a Technical Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth through the promotion and sale of our technical product mix.
You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing client relationships to maximize sales potential.
Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.Present product demonstrations and conduct technical presentations to clients.Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in a timely manner.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients post-sale.Skills and Experience Needed Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the building and construction industry.Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous.Salary and Benefits Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience - $80,000 to $120,000.
