Technical Business Analyst

Join a leading government department to support a high-impact digital project designed to improve access to information and services for NSW residents.
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing and developing a solution to meet the needs of various stakeholders, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive the project's success.
Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Gather Requirements: Lead requirements sessions with stakeholders and development teams.
Support Agile Delivery: Manage scope and timing alongside the delivery team.
Risk and Testing Oversight: Flag project risks and ensure alignment on test strategies.
Collaborate on Standards: Set and uphold best practices with BAs, architects, and developers.
About You You have: 10+ years of experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and developing user stories for enterprise-level projects.
A strong track record of working with Agile methodologies and experience in tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Experience working with platforms like Pega (v8+).
Excellent workshop facilitation skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail.
