About the roleThe role will concentrate on ensuring that our client meets regulatory compliance requirements and fulfills customer service delivery expectations.The ideal candidate is a Technical Business Analyst with strong analysis skills, capable of coordinating processes and resources to deliver project outcomes for multiple stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesConvert regulatory documentation into business processes and system updatesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather data migration requirements and create actionable plans for vendors and internal teams.Offer expert advice, recommendations, and guidance to Platform Managers, Platform/Delivery Leads, and Delivery Team Members on the business's articulated value to determine the MVP approach.Ability to work within agile frameworks, including detailing the products developed.Skills and experienceExtensive experience in Business Analysis within large, complex environments, including Energy Regulatory Market Compliance Projects.Proven experience in using a staged approach to group issues and provide recommendations based on thorough analysis.Extensive expertise in translating business requirements into functional specifications.Extensive experience in defining business process models and information/data models, including 'as-is' and 'to-be' states, using appropriate notations such as BPMN and UML.Comprehensive experience in end-to-end program and project deliveryFor more information or a confidential discussion, please contact Alan Kocjman on 07 3291 5401quoting reference #264084.To apply please click the 'Apply Now' button.
