Skills and experience Proven experience defining business process models and information/data models ('as is' and 'to be')Strong expertise converting business requirements into functional specificationsExperience in a Business Analysis role in large, complex environmentsAbility to engage with technical SMEs, business stakeholders and vendorsExperience in gathering business and technical data migration requirementsExperience/knowledge in utility billing systems, metering applications, meter data management, customer information system etc.
