About the role As a Technical Assistant of Animal Care, you will be responsible for providing support in the preparation of materials and equipment to support educational delivery and ensure the ongoing care and maintenance of equipment, facilities and grounds within the Animal Care teaching section. This is a permanent part-time part year role working 15hrs per week over 41 weeks per year, during term time, located at TAFE NSW's Tamworth campus. We would love to hear from you if you have: Demonstrated skills and experience in Animal Care. Desirable (but not essential) to hold a Certificate II in Animal Care or higher. Demonstrated ability to maintain and correctly operate equipment. Knowledge of safe storage, handling and use of chemicals and veterinary equipment. Class C driver's licence.
