About the RoleSydney Water's dynamic Environment and Heritage team works across a variety of civil infrastructure projects in the planning phase and fosters an inclusive and supportive learning culture.
The Environmental Scientist will deliver environmental planning, assessment and approvals advice that enables infrastructure development activities and environmental outcomes.

You will have:
Tertiary qualifications in environmental science/environmental management (or other relevant discipline) and about 3 years experience in a relevant role.Proven experience in environmental planning, environmental impact assessment and environmental approvals for infrastructure development projects.Sound knowledge of relevant environmental legislation and current environmental issues.Competent identification and implementation of actions to manage environmental issues and assure environmental performance for engineering projects.Highly developed oral and written communication and negotiation skills.Understanding and experience with major water or other similar infrastructure utility.#J-18808-Ljbffr
