The Purpose: This role is responsible for providing analytical support and co-ordination within the Operations & Delivery functions of NPPA. The role works directly with the Head of Scheme Delivery to support the ongoing capability development and strategic initiatives; and the day-to-day operational functioning of the infrastructure.
Primary Accountabilities, Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with the creation and ongoing maintenance of documented requirements needed to support the ongoing Change Management process and its continuous improvement.Drive detailed and thorough analysis relating to all NPP operational documentation and ensure its ongoing maintenance. Support NPP Participant general enquiries and maintain a team email mailbox.Support NPP Committees as required in relation to NPP technology/operational issues and documenting agenda, meeting packs, outcomes, meeting minutes and actions.Cross team/organisation and co-ordination as needed on specific process improvement tasks including the ongoing development and maintenance of the NPP Portal (internal and external) and related applications.Evaluate change requests, proposals, capability requests for feasibility and provide recommendations to relevant committee/s.Review testing and certification requirements, including review of Participant supplied test certificates for completeness and compliance with testing requirement.Review Participant planned changes to ensure sufficient and appropriate testing has been completed.Understand high-level business and payment message flows and have the ability to create use cases and provide input into message usage guidelines.Provide operational input and support on NPP compliance related matters.We'd love to hear from you if you have: Strong Technical Analysis experience (3 – 5 years) preferably in a payments environment.NPP knowledge at systems or operational level would be an advantage.Ability to confidently deal with ambiguity.Ability to effectively document meeting outcomes, user and technical requirements, and capture actions.Effectively produce and engage with technical specifications.Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly expertise in Excel and PowerPoint desired.What's Next:
