Identify gaps and areas where standards might be out of alignment.Technology Alignment: Serve as the primary technician to review all portals, determining best practices for deployment and use. Consistently review portals to ensure standards remain in alignment.Onboarding and Security Bundle: Assist in onboarding new clients, setting up our security bundle, and managing projects impacting the entire client base, such as a toolset change.Change Management: Field requests related to potential change management issues.
