If you're located in Kraków or Wroclaw, open for hybrid role and looking for employment contract (UoP) - this role is for you! Your Responsibilities: Oversee a team of several senior engineers working across different teams.Ensure cohesive contributions to event time processing and ETL projects.Work with cross-functional teams to align on technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.Drive the adoption of best practices and cutting-edge technologies to improve system performance.Address and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.Your Expertise: Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.Strong skills in Python, Java, DataBricks, Azure, Spark, and ETL processes.Extensive experience in managing and optimizing event time processing.Demonstrated success working in Agile development settings.Excellent analytical skills and ability to drive technical innovation.Additionaly-Experience with Delta Live Tables and Kubernetes are nice to have.What we can offer: Permanent type of employmentHealth care, life insuranceAttractive salaryInformal work environmentAgile methodologiesFriendly teams and people-focused attitudeLong-term projectsOpportunity to learn new things
