Join the Team Our Stores Technology team is responsible for managing thousands of mobile and telephony devices used throughout 520 Kmart and Target stores across Australia and New Zealand.
As the Tech Lead, Mobile & Store Infrastructure you will provide leadership to a small team of experts, enhancing, maintaining and supporting these devices as well as leading the way as we develop and roll out innovative new solutions to remain at the cutting edge of retail technology.
What you'll be doing: Providing technical leadership, line management and mentoring duties team members within the team and outside of the team
Delivering engineering and support skills for the packaging and deployment of applications to store servers and workstations.
Maintaining and developing skillsets in the team to utilise appropriate management tools such as SOTI, InTunes, Control Centre etc.
Overseeing the provision and maintenance of our Ring Central Telephony solution.
To be successful in the role you'll have: Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, supporting engineers and promoting growth and development of team members.
Experience working in retail, manufacturing or logistics verticals supporting a range of mobile devices.
Experience operating in Agile environments with an eye on continuous improvement and innovation.
Highly developed stakeholder engagement with the ability to influence product owners and enable large-scale, distributed rollout of devices and telephony services.
