We are looking for Technical Lead to join our Stores Technology team, where we are dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of our hand-held devices, optimizing inventory levels, and creating a seamless experience for both customers and staff. What You Will Be Doing: Leading the development and implementation of technology solutions to improve efficiency in inventory management and enhance the overall customer and staff experience. Utilizing your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Nest.js, and Node.js to architect and build robust and scalable applications. Applying your knowledge of modern DevOps delivery practices, including CI/CD and automation testing, to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions. Designing and implementing solutions on AWS, leveraging cloud services to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability. Developing APIs using REST, contributing to the seamless integration of systems and data flow. Writing clean, maintainable code and conducting unit testing to ensure the reliability and sustainability of new software products. Managing the maintenance of existing products and driving the development of new features on existing applications. Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges. Playing a pivotal role in requirements gathering and contributing to the technical design process. Leveraging your people management experience to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have the Following: Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Nest.js, and Node.js. Extensive experience in delivering software using modern DevOps delivery practices, including CI/CD and automation testing. Strong AWS design skills, with a proven ability to architect and implement solutions on the AWS platform. Expertise in API development using REST, ensuring seamless integration between systems. Proven experience in coding and unit testing of new software products, adhering to clean code principles. Maintenance of existing products and development of new features on existing applications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of addressing complex technical challenges. Contribution to requirements gathering and technical design processes. Previous people management experience, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
