Tech Lead - AI ProductNo-code PlatformUp to $200k + Super + ESOPSydney - 2 days a weekPicture a world where anyone, not just the tech-savvy, can craft digital solutions.There are people out there who share this vision and have built out a no-code platform to empower businesses to bring their ideas to life, without wrestling with lines of code.In building their product, they have gained funding from Australia's top investors and picked up a number of awards along the way.They've captured the attention of global enterprise companies who have signed up for multiple year contracts and they now have their sights on the US market… and that's where you come in.They have an AI product in beta phase that they are taking to production. You'd come in as the Tech Lead to build the product and eventually a team around you. You'll be able to bring your experience of productionising Generative AI products and take it to the next stage.The tech stack is NodeJS, React, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and/or CI/CD tools. A lot of the backend has been built in Golang beforehand but they are fairly pragmatic - if you're a solid engineer from a different background they are open to it.This role would appeal to you if:You're driven by being in an established start-up which is now scaling into international marketsYou like to work closely with founders who actively seek new ideas and are keen to be told they are wrongYou love to be across the whole JavaScript Stack - NodeJS, React, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS and building AI productsThe tech team are based in Sydney and do value face-time.
