Team/Nurse Manager - Partnerships and RecoveryAs a member of the Senior Leadership Group within CQMHAODS, the Team Manager leads a dispersed team to deliver advanced mental health services. This role involves operational management and leadership, utilizing clinical expertise to oversee human, financial, and material resources in alignment with the service's strategic goals. It also provides guidance to internal and external stakeholders and is responsible for fostering partnerships that enhance referral pathways, strengthen collaborative care, and drive opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
This role can be filled by a Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Psychologist who is looking to advance their career and achieve better outcomes for consumers.

Central Queensland Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Service provides specialist mental health, substance, and alcohol-related care to residents of Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Gladstone, Banana, Woorabinda, and Central Highlands areas (catchments in excess of a population of 250,000) with services located in each area.
In addition, there is an Adult Step Up Step Down facility located in Gladstone and a Community Care Unit located in Rockhampton.
The Central Queensland Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Services works in collaboration with the local hospitals, other mental health, alcohol, and other drugs teams, as well as primary health, community, and private sector providers to reduce the symptoms of mental illness and facilitate recovery.
About the role:The Team Manager Partnerships and Recovery will effectively contribute as a member of the Senior Leadership Group within Central Queensland Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Service (CQMHAODS) to lead a team to deliver contemporary mental health services.
This role provides operational management and leadership for a team of specialist positions working across CQMHAODS and who are physically located in locations across CQMHAODS. The role applies well-developed clinical knowledge and skill, by managing human, financial, and material resources to contribute to the strategic direction of the service. This role provides authoritative counsel to internal and external stakeholders.About you:Mandatory qualification/s: The successful applicant must possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with a current annual nursing practicing certificate Division One is essential.OR
Mandatory qualification/s: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and/or registration with the appropriate registration authority, including any necessary endorsements, to be provided to the employing service prior to the commencement of duty.Social WorkOccupational TherapyWhat we offer:Salary information: Total remuneration value of up to $172,615 p.a. is comprised of:
