Konnect Fastening Systems is a market leader in the fastener supply industry, and we are growing!We are looking for highly motivated Warehouse Team Member to join our Pinkenba team!Alongside the core responsibility of dispatching/outwards goods you will also be involved in picking, packing, dispatch, goods management and general warehousing duties.This will be a highly varied role as you will be an integral member of the team, you will also support all facets of the branch operations, including:Ensuring prompt dispatch of goods via various freight methods and overseeing scheduling collections;Processing of customer orders, understanding and identifying products to meet their needs;Delivering customer service to the highest standards, ensuring that customer issues are handled in a timely and professional manner.About youTo be successful in this role, you will have passion for delivering exceptional customer service as well as:Experience within a warehouse environment with similar duties;Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills;Motivated and goal oriented;A creative, customer and team focused personality;Attention to detail and accuracy;A current, valid forklift license is desirable.Why Work for UsWe are a proudly successful organisation with offices spread across both Australia and New Zealand.
