LET THE JOURNEY BEGIN? Join us and lead our Townsville Clinic, reporting to the QLD State Manager you will oversee a small but supportive, and growing team, supported regionally by our Cairns and Mackay offices.
Our Townsville clinic offers a comprehensive range of Occupational Health and Workplace Rehabilitation Serivces, including Pre-Employment Medicals and Injury Prevention.
We are seeking a dynamic individual poised to lead our team and manage our diverse service offerings.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:? Current registration with AHPRA/ESSA/ ASORC/RCAA is essential.
Minimum two years' experience working within Workers' Compensation scheme, specialising in either in Workplace Rehabilitation or Claims Management.
The ability to inspire and guide team members towards excellence, with a proven track record in mentoring team members.
Proficiency in assessments, rehabilitation planning, and evidence-based interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, with a compassionate and client-centred approach to service delivery.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
