About the position The Team Manager will engage and support the team to ensure the implementation of day-to-day arrangements required to meet the needs, goals and aspirations of the young people. The Team Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the house operations and supporting staff capacity building, role modelling the use of a strengths-based and person-centred therapeutic models of care.
