Team Manager Partner Assist - Third Party Banking

About the role
Due to the ongoing success of Third Party Banking, we have a new opportunity as Team Manager, Partner Assist. Reporting to the Senior Manager Parter Solutions, you will provide leadership and guidance to your team of Business Development Associates and provide effective support to Partners and Brokers to ensure the continued growth of the distribution capability.
You will get to:

Provide effective leadership, coaching and performance management to your team to create a culture of operational excellence and to ensure that service level agreements and business objective are met
Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive high quality outcomes to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement to uplift performance and support a strong risk and compliance environment

This opportunity will be based at one of our corporate offices ideally in Adelaide or Melbourne with an expectation you are in the office for at least 2 days per week.
To be successful you will have:

Demonstrated leadership capabilities including coaching, training, mentoring and empowering team members
Advanced communication skills with the ability build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
Knowledge of mortgage processes and policies with understanding of RFSA/PFSB platforms
Experience and understanding Third Party Banking / Third Party Broking ideal but not mandatory
Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise workflows and meet deadlines
Proactive and innovative disposition with a focus on exceptional customer outcomes and continuous improvement
