We are looking for an experienced Program Test Manager to join our growing GatewaySA Project Team based at our Head Office in Port Adelaide.

Role Overview
The Program Test Manager will oversee and manage the testing and implementation of IT systems being adjusted or introduced.
This critical role includes integration testing and acceptance of systems from various suppliers across different locations.
Key Responsibilities
Define and refine the overall testing strategy, including systems for test case development and virtual testing; Lead the creation, documentation, and maintenance of test plans, cases, scripts, and automation; Oversee the execution and evaluation of test plans and cases, ensuring compliance with quality standards; Coordinate with vendors and project team members to ensure integration requirements and testing alignment; Train team members in testing methodologies and ensure comprehensive documentation is developed and maintained.
About you
Your skills and experience will include:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field or equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience; In-depth knowledge of software testing processes and methodologies; Experience in the integration of complex IT systems in an automated/robotic heavy machinery environment; Excellent planning, problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail; Proven track record in setting up and maintaining strong testing teams with external support; Outstanding communication and organisational skills; Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; Extensive experience in software testing or a closely related field.
