We are proudly partnering with a multistate Occupational Rehabilitation provider who are expanding into the VIC market. They are currently building their leadership team and recruiting both OES and Team Managers as part of their structure.

Key areas of the role are: Managing a team of consultants, providing training, coaching, support and leadershipCapability building and performance management across the team, creating succession plans and identifying development opportunitiesCarrying a reduced caseload of either OES / NES files / clientsDriving operational performance, growth, and innovation across the teamYou will be an accomplished Occupational Rehabilitation professional who values quality over quantity and has the ability to get the best out of a team without managing by numbers. 3+ years Occupational Rehabilitation industry experience (essential)Currently either a Team Manager or highly experienced Senior Rehabilitation ConsultantA passion for people, service delivery and innovationStrong WorkSafe knowledgeEither AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC registration (essential)Opportunities to step up like this don't come up often, so don't delay in getting your resume across.
