Right now, we're seeking a Team Manager, Marketing & Advertising who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role The Team Manager will lead the Marketing & Advertising team in the strategic development, production and execution of impactful road safety campaigns and marketing communications that assist in reducing road trauma in Victoria.
About the Team The Team Manager leads a dedicated team of Campaign Managers and Campaign Coordinators. This team is characterised by its positive, collaborative and highly supportive culture, with members who are highly motivated and committed to successfully driving behaviour change within the Victorian Road User Community.

What we're looking for

Leadership and Team Development The ideal candidate will offer well rounded people leadership experience, in order to effectively lead and mentor a team of passionate marketing professionals, nurturing a workplace culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
Strategic Campaign Management The Team Manager will lead the development and execution of evidence-based marketing campaigns that resonate with the Victorian community.
Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building Building and influencing relationships with key stakeholders, including government departments and road safety partners, is crucial.
