Job Description - Team Manager - Bank Speciality Services (240001JY) About the role RACQ Bank is seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Manager – Bank Speciality Services to oversee and drive the successful delivery of specialised banking services, including Deceased Estates, non-personal account openings, online account origination, government and legal requests, and Enduring Power of Attorney (EPoA) management. Service Delivery Leadership: Lead and mentor a dynamic team, ensuring efficient and high-quality service in specialised areas such as Deceased Estates, non-personal account management, and online account origination.Regulatory and Industry Compliance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement regulatory changes and industry standards, ensuring compliance with current legislative requirements.Bank Remediation Initiatives: Manage the planning, execution, and reporting of remediation activities, overseeing any corrective actions to maintain alignment with RACQ's standards.Process Improvement: Conduct ongoing process reviews, leading efforts in process development and optimisation to enhance service quality and member experience.Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, legal entities, and government bodies, ensuring successful partnerships and the seamless delivery of services.Regulatory Reporting: Contribute to the preparation and submission of annual regulatory returns such as CRS (Common Reporting Standard) and FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act).About you Proven experience in a team management role within financial services, banking operations, or a similar field.Strong understanding of specialised banking processes, including deceased estate management, government/legal request handling, and regulatory requirements.Demonstrated ability to manage vendor contracts and build productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks and experience in managing regulatory returns (e.g., CRS, FATCA).Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer experience.Relevant tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related field preferred.Why join RACQ?
