Team Manager (AM Shift) Kemps Creek & Prestons, NSW. The role We are looking for an experienced Team Manager (AM Shift) to join our Retail & Consumer function based in Prestons & Kemps Creek, NSW. As the Team Manager (AM Shift), you will:
Successfully facilitate the delivery of Warehouse Logistics for a Key Customer.Ensure compliance requirements of the warehouse are continually reviewed and reported to meet both the customer and Toll's financial and audit expectations.Maintain a safety culture that meets both organisational and regional requirements.Manage direct reports comprising of team leaders and waged staff.About you To be successful in this role, you will need:
3-5 Years in Logistics and Warehouse Management.Demonstrated previous experience in managing a retail/consumer goods warehouse function.Proven experience in successfully managing an employee base in a complex industrial industry.Experience in warehouse transitions.You must be entitled to work in Australia and be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical.
