The Opportunity: The WFM Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of client schedules and support worker rosters within Community, Aged Care, and Accommodation services. This role requires meticulous organisation and expertise in scheduling and adjusting rosters to ensure service fulfilment and prevent service gaps.
As a leader, the WFM Team Leader supports, trains, coaches, and develops their team to foster a high-performing and engaged culture. They manage people metrics effectively and collaborate closely with the Head of Workforce Management to apply workforce planning principles, contributing to sustainable growth and a compliant working environment.
