We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our NDIS Support Coordination team.

The Position: As the Team Leader - Support Coordination, you will oversee the delivery of our NDIS Support Coordination services, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service.
You will manage a small caseload, support the team, and provide consultation and mentorship to NDIS Support Coordinators and NDIS Administrators.
Key Responsibilities Include: Provide leadership and mentorship to the NDIS Support Coordination team.Support the team with day-to-day NDIS service navigation, quoting, and intake.Achieve expected KPIs and contribute to the development and monitoring of the Business Plan.Monitor and manage spending, program gaps and support the adjustment of support plans.Resolve and manage complaints/incidents, escalating as necessary.Undertake recruitment, staff supervision, training, and performance reviews.Ensure team compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.Build partnerships and networks with NDIS and relevant government departments.Establish in-depth local knowledge of existing services and supports.Promote STEPS NDIS services and awareness of mental health/disability issues.The Successful Applicant: To be considered for this opportunity you will be someone who demonstrates flexibility, resourcefulness, and a solution-focused approach as well as meeting the following criteria:
Relevant qualifications and industry experience to the equivalent of a Diploma level, supplemented by experience in a similar role within the sector.Previous Team Leader/Senior Support and NDIS Support Coordination experience.Demonstrated high level expertise delivering community service programs including NDIS.Effective team leadership and demonstrated delivery of positive outcomes.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Ability to manage a small caseload and support the team effectively.Exposure to Psychosocial and specialist support coordination (desirable).Applicants must also have the ability to hold a Working with Children's Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and have a current driver's licence.
