ITSOWEL - Aged and Community Services – Wollongong NSWPosition OverviewThe TL ensures that the service delivery of the Support at Home program is operating within the Aged Care Quality Standards, Support at Home guidelines, clinical governance guidelines and ITSOWEL's clinical framework.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction to the Support at Home team around clinical care.Provide leadership and direction to the Support at Home team and Care Support Workers to ensure a high level of care and service is provided to our clients.Facilitate meetings, education and training as required.Maintain appropriately trained, qualified and skilled workforce.Maintain the quality improvement plan in consultation with management and participate in quality reviews.Lead the Quality Care Advisory Body, Consumer Advisory Body and Clinical Governance Committee.Prepare complex monthly reports for management and the Board.
