ABOUT YOU Enjoy a challenge Dedicated, practical, pragmatic, and have an interest in the waste management / environmental services industry Have completed further education - TAFE, Trade or have equivalent practical experience in transport/logistics Must be willing to gain a HR truck license and be prepared get your hands dirty to perform a variety of driving and other operational roles throughout your training Be flexible with working hours Interested in leading a team and managing people to achieve business goals Willingness to be posted to a variety of sites to gain experience in a number of different roles during your training period Able to successfully satisfy a pre-employment medical Able to provide up to date QLD Roads Driving Records at interview stage ABOUT THE ROLE As a Business Trainee (Leadership Development Program), you will have the drive to succeed through team engagement and an understanding of principles that underpin excellence in our operation.
