Team Leader Strategy & InsightsThis is a fulltime permanent position. The City of Port Adelaide Enfield (PAE) is a welcoming, liveable City: made by people. We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead our Strategy and Insights team.
In this role, you will collaborate across the organisation to develop and implement an integrated Strategic Management Framework, including the City Vision (Organisational Strategy), a 4-Year Business Plan, Annual Business Plan, and Departmental Plans. You will also lead the creation of a Performance Measurement Framework with key performance indicators and outcome-based measures, as well as oversee a Service Review Program that uses data and evidence to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities of the position include: Leads the development and delivery of Council's Strategic Management Framework, ensuring integrated and outcome-focused strategies and plans.Oversees the creation, implementation, and review of core strategic documents through collaboration with Council, the community, and the organisation.Manages organisational performance systems, including the development of key performance indicators and outcome-based measures.The successful applicant will have: Degree or post-graduate studies in public policy, business management and/or related fields; or equivalent experience (essential).Proven experience in leading a team and guiding strategy development in complex organisations.Strong knowledge of risk management and performance management to support prioritisation.Expertise in systems thinking, quality management, and providing strategic advice on performance metrics.Demonstrated skills in analytical research, report writing, and communication for strategy and planning development.This is a Level 7 position which has a current salary range of $120,483 - $128,062 per annum (plus superannuation).
