You will have a budget to manage your team culture activities and access to our HR Manager to support you to support your team!A Day in the Life of a Team Leader at pop:Your day will start with checking slack and your phone to identify any high priority operational and HR items that you attend to right away.You will prioritise your day and prepare for booked meetings such as supervisions, team leader operational huddles, and your clients.In between meetings and seeing your clients, you will:Ensure that your clinical team are set up to consistently achieve 100% of the clinical team target.Ensure bespoke client matching occurs by COB each day.Conduct operational supervisions with your individual team members to ensure high quality service delivery.Identify and manage team risks with support from your HoSP.Identify opportunities for quality improvement.Respond to any enquiries from your clinical team/management team.Partake in management and clinical team meetings.Progress a quality improvement project that has been delegated to you.At the end of the day you will reflect on how much you and your team have achieved and close your laptop with a sense of fulfillment!Who Are You?You have minimum 5 years experience as a speech pathologist with previous experience and a passion for leadership.You are a high achiever who is not afraid to work hard and go the extra mile, and are looking for a workplace that can provide opportunity for you to grow in your career.You have a passion for high quality and holistic service delivery in speech pathology, have strong clinical skills in paediatrics and believe in telehealth as a service delivery model.You have exceptionally strong operational skills, are efficient and can prioritise multiple demands without becoming overwhelmed.You are a genuine team player and work for the betterment of the whole company, not just yourself or your individual team.You are eager to learn and develop, and receive and apply feedback with a growth mindset.You understand and can interpret data to help you make informed decisions and drive performance in your team.You are tech savvy and feel comfortable using online platforms such as Zoom, Google Suite, and Slack.You have formal qualifications in Speech Pathology.You have a current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership.You are able to obtain a Medicare provider number.You are eligible for a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening in your state.You have a drivers license in your state.You're based in Australia & have full working rights.Want to Learn More About pop?Find us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/popfamily.au/Still have questions?
