About the Mental Health Division The division is committed to promoting the highest levels of mental health care for our patients. In realizing this goal, the division will lead and excel in research, teaching, and the use of person-centred evidence-based practice. The division provides services on all three campuses of Austin Health, from the Emergency Department through to bed-based services and ongoing ambulatory care.
About the Role As the Team Leader, you will work collaboratively with a supportive team of professionals who are passionate about providing best practice care for those experiencing eating disorders. You'll enjoy our continuing education and quality improvement strategy, developed through leadership forums and committees.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing operational management to the team.Facilitating a coordinated approach to total patient management by working with other team members.Participating in continuing education activities.Collaborating with multiple teams across the division.About You You will have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to excellence in patient care. You'll bring energy and drive to your work and have a keen interest in developing your skill set. You will also have:
