About the Role
As a Production Supervisor/Sign Maker at Signmark, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing production and organising the production team. Performing basic graphics work using Corel Draw. Operating our overhead CNC Router. Operating our vinyl cutter. Applying cut vinyl graphics & digital prints using our rollover bench. Producing fabricated channel letters using our letter bending machine. Occasional signage installation. Prioritising tasks according to deadlines & resources. Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace. Tracking wastage and monitoring stock levels. Collaborating with Project Team to achieve goals & deadlines. Desired Qualifications and Skills
Experience: The more experience the better, however we prefer diversity of experience and a broad understanding of signage systems and industry standards. Experience in motivating and organising a team is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Corel Draw or similar graphics software. Experience and familiarity with various computer aided machinery though not essential, training will be provided. Familiarity and proficiency with power and hand tools. Clear, concise communication skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. We are looking for a motivated individual who works well under pressure with creative problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
