Team Leader - Refuge

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to oversee and support the refuge services team. Your role will include supporting and mentoring refuge practitioners, managing the day-to-day operations of the refuge properties, and ensuring high-quality care and support for our clients.Location: Shepparton VICEmployment Type: Full Time OngoingSalary Level: SCHADS Level 6Skills & Abilities:Leading and supporting refuge practitioners in providing comprehensive care to clients within the refuge properties.Managing 4 properties as part of your caseload.Working closely with clients who are in refuge, helping them on their journey to rebuild their lives.Engaging with external stakeholders through meetings and networking to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.Providing case management for clients.Providing supervision and support to a team of practitioners.Duties & Responsibilities:A degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification is required.
