We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to tackle the challenges of leading our Culcairn quarry operational team. You'll play a crucial role in planning, organisation, safety performance, achieving production targets, ensuring quality control, and driving continuous improvement.Your Day Will Involve:

Championing Safety:

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards to help us achieve our goal of ZERO HARM across all operations.Daily Operations Management:

Collaborate with the Quarry Supervisor to run day-to-day operations smoothly.Team Coordination:

Organise work teams and oversee activities on site for maximum efficiency.Contractor and Employee Management:

Assist in managing contractors and team members effectively.Inspections and Reporting:

Conduct regular inspections and ensure mobile and fixed plant maintenance is carried out.Inventory Management:

Keep track of stock inventory to support operational needs.Driving Continuous Improvement:

Promote and initiate activities that foster a culture of continuous improvement.What We Are Looking For:

Proven Leadership:

Experience in leading teams in quarry or mining operations, with a knack for motivating and organising.Technical Expertise:

Demonstrated experience in hard rock quarry operations, crushing and screening processes, and load and haul operations.Strong Communication Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Organisational Mastery:

Excellent planning abilities to drive results while managing multiple deadlines.Proactive Problem Solver:

Initiative to identify, manage, and resolve issues as they arise.Mentorship Skills:
