With GOTAFE by your side, YOU'VE GOT THIS. Job details We have a fantastic opportunity to join GOTAFE as the Team Leader Planning and Projects. In this role, you will oversee the planning and delivery of key operational and capital projects at GOTAFE. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with GOTAFE's strategic objectives and delivered on time and within budget. This position is ideal for someone with experience in project planning, grant management, and leading teams to deliver complex projects that support educational excellence.
As the successful candidate you will have: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and effective resource use. Strong experience in grant development and management, business case preparation, and delivering reports and recommendations. Excellent financial and budget management skills, with a solid understanding of project funding and financial planning. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and collaborate with senior leaders and external stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing teams in a multi-site environment. A relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience. If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide: A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date) A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application) A current Driver's Licence (Car). The salary range for this position is $108,038-$117,689 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.
