About the Role:
We are currently seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to take on a Team Lead community role in Adelaide.
In this role you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing assessments and effective therapeutic interventions that have a focus on building functional capacity. Also enjoy developing therapy plans with the goal of improving life satisfaction, function, and better social/community participation.
Work with a broad range of clientele where they live, work, learn and play, including their homes, workplace, or schools, as well as out in the broader community.

This is a full-time position.

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy4-5 years' experience is desirable AHPRA registrationThorough NDIS experience and understandingAbility to provide clinical leadership and support to individuals through joint work, supervision, consultation and mentoringA passion for assisting clients to reach their full potentialA high level of written and verbal communication skillsStrong documentation skills Exceptional time management skillsA learning mindset with a desire to challenge your existing perceptionEnthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill-set and careerCurrent drivers licence and registered vehicleNDIS Worker CheckEligible to work permanently in Australia About Us:
