Timberlink Australia & New Zealand is a sustainableleading softwood timber products manufacturing and distribution business, employing over 600 people.
Our world class manufacturing sites are located close to some of the best renewableplantation pine resources in the world - Bell Bay in Tasmania & Tarpeena in South Australia.
Our fit-for-purpose indoor and outdoor plantation pine products are suitable for building new homes, renovation projects and other industrial manufacturing applications including packaging, pallets, and furniture components.
At Timberlink we embrace innovation, and this drives our constant growth.
Complementing our already diverse range of products, we are now manufacturing new timber products including cross laminated & glue laminated timber (NeXTimber) and wood-plastic composite decking & screening, expanding our business into new markets.
These products will take Timberlink from being primarily a structural timber manufacturer to a structural engineered timber products and solutions business.
About the role: An opportunity has arisen for a manufacturing team leader to join our team at our Tarpeena Mill (20 minutes from Mount Gambier).
The main objective of this role is to provide outstanding support and guidance to your crew on a daily basis, ensuring that production is completed on time and in line with the daily requirements.
The successful candidate will be required to workSunday to Thursday Night Shift - 10pm - 6amand is a key permanent, full time role in our business.Please note that previous experience in manufacturing or blue collar environments, is not essential - if you have strong people leadership skills and a desire to understand processes, then we would welcome your application.
