The Team Leader, NDIS Services plays an important hands-on role in the planning and development, implementation, review and evaluation of a person's Individual Person-Centered Plan, whilst also providing supervision, mentoring and development to staff.
Located in Muswellbrook, the role works in Supported Independent Living, Monday to Friday between the hours of 6:00am-8:00pm. This role is approximately 30 hours of hands-on support and 8 hours admin.
