About the Role: WorkPac are seeking an experienced Team Leader Monitoring Operator based in Cockburn, South of Perth.
This role is offering a 4 days on 4 day off, 4 nights on 4 nights off, rotating roster.
Key duties and responsibilities: To actively address client issues Assist monitoring officers with queries Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly tasks and actioned Tasklist checking and confirmation for data accuracy Ensuring KPIs are met and all calls are answered Rostering and training Maintain and update processes as required Skills and Experience required: Experience in an administration and customer service Experience working in shift rotations and environments preferred Experience in staff management and conflict resolution A National police clearance Current drivers licence How to Apply: Click on the Apply button or for more information please contact: WorkPac Principal Consultant: Sara Mason on (08) 9201 6243 or email ******  quoting the below reference number.
