Permanent full-time opportunity to provide strategic direction and undertake the operational management of a multidisciplinary team of health professionals providing assertive outreach-based assessment, clinical interventions, crisis response, and case management to consumers across the Redcliffe and Caboolture region.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Provide strategic direction to MIRT and TCT in line with organisational, state-wide, and national priorities and plans.As a member of the multidisciplinary team, deliver contemporary advanced level services that are based on valid and reliable evidence, and performed with a high degree of independence.Facilitate and promote effective communication across the service, with our partners, consumers, and their families.Proactively plan labour and non-labour expenditure and manage the financial resources of the team for efficient and effective delivery of the health service within a defined budget.Conduct regular proactive workforce planning and staff profile management to ensure uninterrupted and continual service delivery.Health Equity It is expected that all Metro North Health staff contribute to the health equity agenda and support the defined six actions that meet the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS).
