With three embedded specialist streams: Infant Child and Family for 0-11 years old, and the Youth Streams for 12-25-year-olds consisting of the intake and short-term intervention and ongoing care streams.The Team Leader promotes leadership for staff within the Infant & Child (0-11 years old) Mental Health Service, both operationally and strategically.Position overviewFull-time (40 hours per week, with monthly ADO) 12-month parental leave positionWarrnambool CampusRegistered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4, Occupational Therapist Grade 3, Social Worker Grade 3, Psychologist Grade 3Salary Range: $97,000- $120,000 pro rata, plus superannuationWhat you bringThe successful applicant will have the ability to demonstrate excellent skills and broad experience in mental health clinical services, including a proven ability to work within a team-based multi-disciplinary model.Working as part of a collaborative and highly skilled team of professionals, excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential.
