About the role South West Healthcare's Infant Child and Youth Mental Health Service (ICYMHS) is a specialist service for young people aged 0-25yrs and their families. The Team Leader promotes leadership for staff within the Infant & Child (0-11 years old) Mental Health Service, both operationally and strategically.
Position overview Full-time (40 hours per week, with monthly ADO) 12-month parental leave positionWarrnambool CampusRegistered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4, Occupational Therapist Grade 3, Social Worker Grade 3, Psychologist Grade 3Salary Range: $97,000- $120,000 pro rata, plus superannuationWhat you bring The successful applicant will have the ability to demonstrate excellent skills and broad experience in mental health clinical services, including a proven ability to work within a team-based multi-disciplinary model. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. A comprehensive understanding and knowledge of legislation, regulation, and contemporary practice is a must.
