Illawarra Metallurgical Coal (IMC) produces premium quality, hard coking coal for steelmaking, which is transported within Australia and around the world. We operate two underground metallurgical coal mines, two preparation plants and a logistics chain.

You'll be based at our Dendrobium Coal Processing Plant, Port Kembla in the coastal city of Wollongong, NSW, approximately 75 kilometres southwest of Sydney.
As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing resources on shift to deliver the operational plan and maintenance activities whilst maintaining HSE and operational standards.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to: Ensure compliance with operational procedures and maintain HSE standardsDrive operational improvements, reduce waste, and encourage team-driven ideasCoach and support team to meet performance goalsUpdate and report on performance results to systems and stakeholdersABOUT YOU Leadership experience within a heavy industrial plant and/or processing operationUnderstanding of Coal Preparation equipment and processes preferredFamiliarity with SAP Work Management processes and Microsoft SuiteQualifications for this position are:
